Making “Pour” Choices

Welcome to Aleksander Estate Winery. Enjoy a tour in the vineyard while master wine-makers, Lukas Bemben and Adam Carter, explain the pruning process and seasons expectations. Learn the history of the Winery and why we have an ideal appellation. When it comes to pairing wine and food there are many choices. During the workshop, we will explore the pairing experience by having 4 unmarked wines and 4 food pairings. Not knowing the wine variety, pair unmarked wines with foods and choose your favourite “pour”. We will also explain why some pairings don’t work. Enjoy the spirit of wine combined with food, friends, and music. Slow down the pace of life while enjoying our wines.

Aleksander Estate Winery is located on the North Shore of Lake Erie, in Southwestern Ontario.
