About the event

Experience the beauty of hand-crafted chocolate together with that of a natural gem. Venture to Point Pelee National Park, the southernmost point of mainland Canada. Here you will meet with the owners of Dutch Boys Chocolate, who are dedicated to making chocolate BEAUTIFUL. Dutch Boys Chocolate takes no short-cuts in creating Truffles. They distinguish themselves by making every single truffle by hand - one at a time! The soft center of a truffle (ganache) is common to all Dutch Boys Truffles. But what set them apart from others are the wonderful flavours used. Sign up for this demonstration in truffle making and learn how to make a classic ganache. Sample a Truffle Tortilla before heading out for a self-guided exploration of the park.

Experience nature like never before at the southernmost point of mainland Canada. Each spring, view flocks of migratory birds, joined in autumn by waves of vivid Monarch butterflies. In winter, wander the trails in solitude and catch the natural ice formations. In summer, bask on sandy beaches. Whether you cycle, paddle, or hike Canada’s second smallest and most ecologically diverse national park, you’ll be immersed in an unforgettable eco-adventure.

Please Note:

This ticket includes the park admission fee. Join us in the Visitor Centre Classroom. Please remember to dress appropriately. Wear warm clothing and proper footwear. Boots are recommended as the walking trail can get muddy in the spring season.
